Aaron Lubarsky is a Primetime Emmy winner, Documentary Filmmaker and Executive Producer with extensive video production leadership experience. From 2020 - 2022 Aaron was the Executive Producer of World Science Studios, overseeing a multidisciplinary creative production and operations team, working across Design, Video, Animation, Marketing, and Education. As EP Aaron was responsible for spearheading original content and leading development of cutting-edge digital programs featuring some of the world’s top scientists for the World Science Festival.
For his work on JOURNEYS WITH GEORGE (HBO), Aaron was nominated for two Primetime Emmys (writing and editing) and won for Outstanding Editing: Nonfiction Programming. Aaron was a producer on the Emmy-winning series YEARS OF LIVING DANGEROUSLY (Showtime) and directed & edited the duPont-award winning PBS documentary SEOUL TRAIN. Aaron and his team have created engaging branded content for a wide range of clients including WEIGHT WATCHERS, CLIF BAR, and BRIGHTSOURCE ENERGY.
Prior to his professional work, Aaron received his MA in Documentary Production from the Stanford University where his thesis film earned a Student Academy Award and Student Emmy Award.
